The Mailing Label Preview window is opened when you select the "Printed Mailing Labels" output option in the Create/Open Mailing List dialog and then click on the Output button. It includes a variety of facilities and tools for previewing, formatting and printing address labels from your mailing lists.

Click on Print Current Page to print the current page of address labels. Opens the Print dialog, where you can select the printer and the number of copies to be printed.
Click on Print Labels to print all the address labels in the mailing. Opens the Print dialog, where you can select the printer, the number of copies and the range of pages to be printed.
Click on Exit to close the Mailing Label Preview window.
Click on Select Label Size to open the Select Label Size dialog, where you can select a standard Avery pre-set label, or create and edit your own custom labels.
Click on Font Size to select the font size for the printed labels (8 point to 12 point).
Click on Vertical Alignment to align the address vertically within the label (top or middle).
Click on Horizontal Alignment to align the address horizontally within the label (left or centre).
Click on Optimise Problem Addresses to automatically fix addresses which are too long to fit onto the selected label size.
Click on Highlight Problem Addresses to show addresses too long to fit onto the selected label size (these will be shown in red).
Click on Show Output to Printer to show the addresses as they will be printed (addresses which are too long to fit onto the selected label size will be truncated).
Click on Show Label Outlines to turn the label outlines on and off.
Click on First Page to move to the first page of labels.
Click on Previous Page to move to the previous page of labels.
Click on Next Page to move to the next page of labels.
Click on Last Page to move to the last page of labels.
Click on Help Contents to open the application's Help file at the Contents page.
Click on Using the Preview Window to open the Help topic for the Mailing Label Preview window.
Click on the navigation buttons to move from page to page. The current page and total number of pages for the current mailing are also displayed here.
Click on the Label Size button to open the Select Label Size dialog, where you can select a standard Avery pre-set label, or create and edit your own custom labels.
Click on the Print Page button to print the current page of address labels. Opens the Print dialog, where you can select the printer and the number of copies to be printed.
Click on the Print All button to print all the address labels in the mailing. Opens the Print dialog, where you can select the printer, the number of copies and the range of pages to be printed.
Click on the Exit button to close the Mailing Label Preview window.
